The Room
Lovely double room to rent Monday - Friday in immaculately presented modern 3 bed house. Room includes double bed, chest of drawers, bedside lockers, wardrobe, and tv and kettle. Sharing with one other person (landlord lives in) and a small dog. The tenant will have use or their own bathroom inc bath and shower (newly refurbished), shared use of kitchen & dining room (newly refurbished) and garden. Highfields, Caldecote is 5 miles west of Cambridge with easy access to the A428, A14 & M11 and has local transport links. There are nearby pubs and restaurants. Viewing available on request.
