The Room
Spacious double room in sunny flat in SE1 London. The flat is located on Tooley Street, less than a minute walk from Tower Bridge. The room comes furnished at £1300 p/m and bills are split between the two tenants. It's spacious, (especially for London standards) sunny all year round and has views of The Shard and the London Eye. The bathroom was refurbished last year and the shower is less than a year old. The room is available from the 1st of May. Available for short lets too and happy to do virtual viewings.
The Household
I have been living in the flat the past two years and ideally I would like to share the apartment with someone professional who respects his spaces and others, is clean and takes after the flat. I am quite chill and like to keep to my own but happy to hang out if the vibe is right.
Location
Excellent transportation options with more than four bus stops around the area, all less than five minute walk. Tube stations nearby, London Bridge (Jubilee, Northern, Thameslink), Bermondsey Station and across Tower Bridge you have access to the District and Circle lines. Canary Wharf is only two stops away and it takes less than ten minutes on the tube to get there. E&C and Borough, Walworth, as well as Wapping, Canada Water and Surrey Quays are all within walking distance. Supermarkets all around the area, two Tesco (that go up to four if you are willing to walk a bit more), Sainsbury's, CO-OP and an ASDA opening soon. Lots of pubs and the famous Bermondsey Street is only ten minute walk.
