I am a professional land lady wanting to let one of the spare room! Experienced having a lodger as I have had 2 long term lodgers but need to move due to job changes! I am active and most days get home after gym in the evening! I work Monday to Friday and leave home at 7:30! I am clean and I like to keep the house tidy! No smokers or pet! Thanks!
