Single room in Fulham, bills & cleaner included
The Room
Comfortable single bedroom available in my home, weekdays only, for one person. I am happy for some personal clothes and toiletries to be left in the room over the weekends. The bedroom is light, recently decorated and re-carpeted, with a new mattress, and overlooks my garden at the back of the house. There is WiFi and a television in the room. You will have a chest of drawers and a wardrobe for clothes, a good desk and comfortable chair. The room also has a basin, and the bathroom, although shared with one other, is always clean with a good power shower. Linen (sheets/towels) are provided.
The Household
It is not suitable for anyone working from home. The minimum rental is until 16 December. I will need it for my own family use over the Christmas / New Year break - but it will again be available early January. I have a lovely cleaner who has been with me for over 30 years. She will clean your bedroom and bathroom once a week and change your sheets once a fortnight. I currently have another mid-week lodger, returning to his family at weekends. You can make light use of the kitchen.
Other
This is a quiet, safe and comfortable home, with a peaceful environment, in which to rent a room and I hope you will find it warm and welcoming. It is not, however, a house-share, and is best suited to those happy to be independent and self-sufficient.
