The Room
The double room is for rent 2/3/4 nights per week to a professional person working full time in the office or on a short or long term basis. The room has large bay windows with a double wardrobe, double bed with storage underneath, linen basket and additional storage for sheets and towels, flat screen TV Netflix etc and blackout curtains.
The Household
The flat has been renovated throughout to a high standard and close to all amenities which includes all bills together with one month’s deposit. The kitchen, bathroom and living room would be shared with myself.
Location
An independent person who likes to come home to a calm clean space after a long day and is happy to chill and do their own thing but does not mind catching up for a chat. • Norwood Junction Train Station - 9 minutes’ walk • London Bridge – 12 minutes • Victoria via Clapham – 25 minutes • Gatwick – 30 minutes • East Croydon – 5 minutes • Overground – Shoreditch • Tram Harrington Road – Croydon/Wimbledon • Tram Harrington Road – Beckenham Junction • A range of bus routes, West Croydon/East Croydon/Brixton/Elephant & Castle • The Country Park is 5 minutes walk if you enjoy green space and nature. South Norwood Lakes is also a short bus ride from the flat. Crystal Palace Football Ground is close by if you are an avid fan of football. There is a local family pub a few minutes on foot which is good very good. There is also a Sainsbury and Tesco Express and independent shops on the high street coupled with excellent transportation links.
