The Room
The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, desk and armchair. It is next to the shower room which is shared with one other. The tenant has use of kitchen and is welcome to eat in the dining room. It is a no smoking household of one other mid week tenant and the owner. Wifi is included. The room would suit a respectful, tidy professional.
The Household
There is one other mid week tenant, who comes Monday and Tuesday nights, and the busy retired owner.
Location
The house overlooks Highbury Fields which is 29 acres of park with a gym and swimming pool immediately opposite the house which opens at 6.30am. There are tennis courts at the far end of the Fields. There are several supermarkets close by and several independent shops. In addition to being close to the tube , the bus stops are easily accessible and bikes can be hired from the bottom of the road. There is a great choice of restaurants and bars on Upper Street which is a stone's throw away.
