* Relaxed, clean and tidy home on quiet, friendly Victorian one way street off the main road * Share with (Single F) creative freelancer owner in 50s with a youthful attitude! I mainly work from home Mon-Fri. * 2 Tuxedo cats live here, both sweet-natured rescues * Shared areas - well-equipped kitchen (inc washing machine, dishwasher, air-fryer, microwave), dining space, cosy comfy living room, sunny garden with gate access for bikes * Singles only I’m afraid

* Tonbridge is a small friendly town on the river with a beautiful castle, between Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks * High street, river, indoor/outdoor pool with spa, gyms, Haysden Country Park, lovely local pubs, cafes and beautiful Kent countryside all on the doorstep of the house * Parking permit £45 a year / ad hoc daily permits available. Parking is restricted 9.30am - 10.30am weekdays, otherwise free.
