The Room
The Apartment comprises the whole of the second floor and is accessed through the main house. It consists of double bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers. A sitting room with kitchenette with all facilities, a shower room and separate toilet all off a small landing. The rooms are bright and airy. All bed linen is provided plus bath towels. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing simple meals. Use of the Utility Room is available when required.
The Household
My husband and I are a professional retired couple who live with our dog on the other two floors. Our dog is eight years old and extremely friendly.

We are looking for someone (or a couple) who would like a weekday only base in London.
Location
Our house is situated in a quiet tree lined street just off Upper Richmond Road. There are numerous shops within a short walk including Waitrose and Tesco Extra. Mortlake train station is 7 minutes walk with direct trains to Waterloo in 20 minutes. Richmond Park is 10 minutes walk and the river 10 minutes also. There are no parking restrictions in the road and frequent buses from the end of our road to Hammersmith or Richmond. There is also room to store a bike safely if required.
