Redecorated and newly furnished double room in clean Edwardian terrace house in quiet cul-de-sac. 10-15 min walk or 5min bus to Arnos Grove tube and New Southgate Rail Station. 15 min to Finsbury Park, 18 minutes to Kings Cross, 25min to Moorgate and Leicester Square. On road free parking and just 15min drive to A1 M25. Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair in room with sole use of family bathroom. I am a physiotherapist and lecturer looking for a new quiet Monday to Friday lodger (previous ones must have liked it as each stayed 4-6years!). Please get in touch if you are interested.

Location
New Southgate N11 Quiet area with good transport links, overground trains to Kings Cross, Moorgate, Finsbury Park etc and Picadilly tube line. Bus stop at end of road. Lots of local parks nearby, local Co-op, Sainsbury's and large Aldi all close by.
