Ideal for commuters who works in Dublin City centre during the week and return home at weekends. Staying in the house every second weekend is Ok. House is fitted with EV charging and private parking. House is owner occupied weekends only normally. Looking for: A tidy, reliable professional commuter who needs a base in Dublin during the week. No smoking or pets. Not suitable for full-time occupancy or remote workers staying 7 days. Electricity, Gas , Internet and Cleaning Services 30 Euro / Week fair usage. - Garage for bike storage. Perfect for a professional commuter needing a quiet, clean base during the week.
