Seeking a place to stay 4 nights a week, within 30 mins of Lambeth North/Waterloo and within an hour of Stratford, by tube, train or bus. Tenants will be myself (female professional, 49) and my son, aged 16, who will be attending sixth form college in London. We are both respectful, tidy, responsible, friendly and organised. My son is a very quiet and mature teenager, who will be closely supervised! We would arrive at the lodgings on Monday evening, returning to our family home in Milton Keynes on Friday afternoon. Long-term let wanted. Lodgings not required during school holidays. We'd like a private space with independent access (no shared facilities). We will need a kitchen/ette, bathroom/shower, a desk, and good wifi. Two single beds (or one bed, one sofabed/folding bed) would be ideal. Looking to have all bills included. Ideally would like to leave a few belongings in the lodgings over the weekend (packed away in a case/cupboard).
