I’m a 38-year-old property professional looking for a clean, quiet Monday–Friday room while working in London during the week. Ideally I would like to be reasonably close to the office / SE1 if possible, but I’m flexible on location for the right room and household. Anywhere with good access into Waterloo, London Bridge or central London would be considered, including Kingston, Surbiton, Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Clapham Junction and surrounding areas. I’m a non-smoker, tidy, respectful and used to sharing properly. I would mostly be out during the working day and would usually travel back to Shropshire at weekends. I’m looking for a straightforward arrangement with a live-in landlord or professional household. Happy to provide references, ID and proof of employment at the appropriate stage.
